Correct Your Information

Delete Your Information
You can request deletion of your personal data. There are some exceptions - we might need to keep certain records for legal or accounting purposes. But we'll delete everything we legally can.
To request deletion, email us with "Delete My Data" in the subject line. We'll process this within 30 days and send confirmation.
Opt Out of Communications
Don't want our emails? Every message we send has an unsubscribe link. Click it, and you're off the list. You'll still receive essential service-related emails, but no marketing.
Lodge a Complaint
If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, contact us first at help@naxarifylos.com. We'll work to resolve it.

- Support Communications: We keep support tickets for 2 years to improve our service and handle any follow-up issues
Children's Privacy
Our services are designed for adults making financial decisions. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we discover we've collected data from a minor, we'll delete it immediately.
Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with information should contact us right away at help@naxarifylos.com.
Changes to This Policy
We update this policy occasionally. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email and post a notice on the website. The "Last Updated" date at the top shows when we last revised it.
